Sports gave me everything: discipline, willpower and
spirit.
When I was 4 my parents put me into gymnastics,
then it all has started. I remember myself as a little
Anastasia holding her hands in the second position
for several minutes and wanting to cry. This path was
not easy, but defining.
As a teenager, I was engaged in ballroom dancing,
took part in lots of competitions in different cities of
Ukraine. Later I became interested in functional
trainings and pilates, started to study nutritionology.
When I began working with people, I realized that
everything works in a complex: the body and
thoughts, our beliefs and fears. I have completed 3
courses in Theta-healing, which also influenced the
formation of my views on sports and teaching
techniques.

My author's technique includes a bunch of different directions: gymnastics, yoga, functional training, pilates, barre. A lot of combinations and exercises were invented by me personally. In addition, my training technique is based on conscious work with the body. For results you have to listen to your body and mentally be in the moment. By that I mean even every finger movement, every thought matters.
I definitely know how to stay in shape all the lifetime enjoying the process. I can't wait to share this with you.
